Love Rocky Harbour! Beautiful town . Great scenery. Visitor center has good history and displays and maps. There is a nice gift shop with good quality souvenirs. Pricey for most things.
Excellent visitors center. Staff was friendly and helpful, the area descriptions and depictions we're good, restrooms were clean. Bus stop point, so it can get hectic of you are just trying to hop in and out. Open till 8pm in the Summer!
I don't think you could ever spend enough time here. Be careful sightseeing off the main roads, I would recommend driving slow sing there't many pull-offs on the side of the road and the ones that are there aren't very well marked! Otherwise you'll miss some income views!

The people in this Visitor Center were all fluently bilingual and as all the people we encountered in Newfoundland they were exceedingly friendly. The team made positive recommendations as to alternative sightseeing opportunities in the area as we were forced to cancel our boat excursion due to poor weather conditions.
