Nice rooms at an affordable rate. The rooms are a good size and well kept. BBQs are available for occupants to use but the junior suites don't have any kitchen or appliances other than a fridge and small coffee maker. The other suites are more expensive but have a kitchenette and dishes.
This was a little disappointing given the private cabin I stayed in previously. There's no cooking space or common room to prepare food. There's a fridge and that's about it. The futon is very flat and uncomfortable and the water is a worrisome yellow colour. The positives is that it's cheap and in Gros Morne so it's excellently situated and it does have a very comfortable bed and pillow. Though there's no room service, so you have to call the owners if you want fresh towels or your garbage emptied. It's fine to book if you find every other place is full but you might want to shop around. Or at least rent the suite with a kitchenette.
Great place for a good night's rest if you're heading into the park for a few days hike. And when you come out the other side, they have coin laundry available on site. Free wifi, comfy beds, 3 queen beds for adults, set of bunk beds for kids, and two full bathrooms with showers.
Staying here for a few months for work.. Staff is friendly, rooms updated and nice layout. Internet nit reliable and tv service is shotty but other than, that the bedrooms are nice and clean. Landry services on site are coin operated and sometimes they dont work great can be costly when this occurs.
It's a great place to go and see what it was like when the Vikings were there.
